The SAMPLI UNPK-R is a fully automatic unpacking and robotic sampling station for steel and pig iron samples. After robotic input, samples are automatically removed from the pneumatic tube and forwarded to the next stage in the robotic cycle—for example, milling. Depending on customer requirements, water cooling and subsequent compressed air drying are available as options.
The SAMPLI UNPK-R/S, on the other hand, empties slag material from the pneumatic tube carriers into a sample cup, which is forwarded fully automatically to the SAMPLI MPA for processing via conveyor belts.
