Sample Preparation by Punching

The SAMPLI PUNCH-M is a punching machine for producing punched pieces for combustion analysis. While the SAMPLI PUNCH-M is operated manually, samples can be fed directly into the SAMPLI PUNCH-R by a robot. Prior to punching, a scale layer can be treated in the SAMPLI MILL-FE-R milling machine. Optionally, the SAMPLI PUNCH-R offers inductive preheating of the sample tongue. The produced punches are then transferred to a magazine or directly to the elemental analysis lab.

The SAMPLI PIN-CUT is a pneumatically operated pin cutter for the precise cutting of sprue from various steel sample shapes, such as double medallions, round and oval samples.
